Currently, eight development entities, including the Statutory City of Ostrava, operate within the area of the Technological Park, often referred to as the T-park. The Moravian-Silesian Innovation Center (MSIC) is currently managing two city-owned buildings in the T-park area, providing services for resident companies, handling legal matters, conducting repairs, facilitating operations, and addressing other needs of the tenants.
MSIC is also spearheading further development of the T-park project, aiming to create a platform that unites the owners of individual buildings. This effort could eventually result in the formation of a new entity with its own brand: Technological Park Ostrava. This entity would encompass the designated area, its key stakeholders, and relationships both within and outside the premises.
In addition to the existing buildings, the T-park will expand with the multifunctional T6 building, developed by the CTP. The new building will align with the long-term development plan of the T-park and will offer spaces for technological research and development, including administrative offices, prototyping workshops, and laboratories. The facility will also feature social areas, restaurants, accommodation, and underground parking. Future plans include the construction of the T8 building (by a private developer) and the T5 building, which will replace the existing T1 (Piano) and T2 (Tandem) buildings.
