Project TRAUTOM is aimed to systematically supporting training in key industries in the area of green and digital transformation of the region. Through collaboration with employers and top experts, it will contribute to the readiness of companies and citizens for changes in the labor market.
By linking the industrial and academic sectors Trautom will create a robust knowledge base capturing the impact of technological transformation on the future skills and competencies of employees. It will be used by secondary schools and universities to innovate educational curriculum and to further develop educational programs, by the Labor Office to target retraining and by companies to develop reskilling and upskilling. It will also become the foundation for the newly emerging support and advisory services of the MS Pact for companies and citizens of the Moravian-Silesian Region.
The TRAUTOM project will be a bridge between the excellent workplaces and innovation leaders of the region and local industrial enterprises.
